These services are for large estates featuring a high level of design and often many unique, custom features.

Unlike the design packages, estate gardens are done on an hourly basis with a not to exceed amount. They are billed monthly according to progress.

These plans include both concept plans with colored illustrations and construction drawings. They include alternate concepts, services related to custom fabrication of design elements, involvement during the construction process and whatever services may be needed.

Included services:

• conceptual plans with perspectives, computer renderings of proposed features. Computer animations may be presented during the course of the project.
• meetings to present and discuss concepts. Alternate concepts may be presented, and alternate details may evolve over the course of the project.
• construction drawings typically include schematic drainage, layout, construction details, planting and lighting plans.
• meetings with contractors, suppliers and artists involved with creating the landscape, either on or off site
• on-site visits during the construction process
